Training can be done one-on-one, with a partner, or in group or team settings. I have numerous package options available and can tailor one to fit your needs and goals.
My facility conveniently located downtown (2122 East 4th Street) has a large variety of equipment that can be utilized throughout your training. Activities in each persons program will vary depending upon established goals and objectives.

Your program may include:

Aerobic and anaerobic activities including, but not limited to, the use of a running track, treadmill, hills, grass field, power sleds, hurdles, cones, speed sleds, agility ladders, boxes, etc…

Muscular fitness (strength, power, and endurance) activities including, but not limited to, free weights (bumper plates, standard plates, olympic plates, and dumbbells), machines, body weight, tubing, chains, plyometrics, and various implements such as medicine balls, stability balls, tires, rocks, sleds, boxes, etc...

Flexibility activities including, but not limited to, static, ballistic, dynamic, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching coinciding with several assistive devices (mats, rollers, discs, bands, etc...).

Various physical fitness assessments including, but not limited to, anthropometric measurements, body composition, heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, speed, anaerobic capacity, muscular fitness, aerobic capacity, agility, etc...
