Testing - Let’s see where you’re at!

Objectively determining where an athlete currently stands, in terms of overall performance testing must be done in a controlled and precise manner! This testing assists in designing programs, setting realistic goals, assessing talent, as well as demonstrating the effectiveness of a training program by establishing baseline values. By identifying strengths and weakness a program can be designed to make the athlete better in his or her sport by eliminating the weakness rather than simply training the athlete for the next testing session as some trainers and facilities do.
